Colonial Shrubs is proud to reintroduce this nearly forgotten technique where we use a traditional cold process maceration. This allows us to capture the full essence while preserving the flavors and colors of the fruit. The resulting concentrated fruit syrup has a sweetness that is balanced with a delicious thirst-quenching tartness.
Colonial Shrubs are hand-crafted in Bradenton, Florida using the best ingredients available – fresh fruit, raw cane sugar, and raw apple cider vinegar with the mother. We pride ourselves in creating a natural healthy alternative for that reason, we will never use artificial flavorings or ingredients.
A great way to enjoy Colonial Shrubs is by mixing your favorite shrub with your favorite carbonated water - club soda, tonic water, sparkling water, etc. This is a great way to rehydrate your body while getting the health benefits of raw apple cider vinegar with the mother. The best part is, you can make it as sweet as you like!
